Keto Dalgona Coffee
The newest Korean coffee craze is here. It is super easy to make, customizable, and happens to be Keto-friendly. Add any sweetener you like, just taste the mixture before frothing (adding more or less if necessary). Any milk will work too, if you’re dairy-free. Feel free to add MCT oil to the coffee before frothing.
How do you make the dalgona coffee?
You will whip equal amounts of instant coffee and boiling water together to stiff peaks and that is all there is to it. If you want to sweeten the dalgona whip, incorporate a little sweetener before whipping.

Not very sweet, at all. I added some stevia and heavy whipping cream which made it tolerable.

I used Swerve sugar replacement not the icing one so I used 2 tbsp and I got a whisker/frother from Amazon for $10. You couldn’t taste the almond milk, it’s like the real Dalgona in my regular milk before. Yummy

Not sure what I am doing wrong but it was not turning out. I got a bunch of bubbles and a sore arm but no foam.

Need to whisk for a very long time. I would suggest using a frother. I do mine with that and save me the sore arm 🙃

What temperature should the milk be? Hot? Cold? Room temp?

Love mine over ice and I used liquid stevia drops plus a stick blender and it works fine also!
