Keto Pan Grilled Avocado

Have you ever had creme brulee? This pan grilled avocado recipe is just like creme brulee, with a crispy, almost-burnt exterior and a tender inside. You can eat these avocados with a spoon, just like the dessert too. Each bite is crunchy, warm, and just a little salty. If you need to add a little more fat into your daily nutrient count, this quick side will do the trick!

Let the avocados grill for about a minute, then reduce the heat to a medium low. Cook for another 2 minutes or more until the fruit gets a browned, crispy exterior. Check the fruit frequently to avoid burning, but a dark color is no alarming.

Serve the grilled avocado halves with fresh lemon for squeezing. Eat with a spoon and enjoy!

I don't own a grilling pan. Is it ok to grill them in a regular non-stick skillet?

Hi there, Yes, you can cook in a non-stick pan! Just keep on eye on your avocados to avoid crossing over into burnt territory. Hope this helps!
