Fold the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture and set it aside for assembling. Step 1
To a small pan over medium-low heat, add the butter. Once it melts, add the almond flour and toast it for 2-3 minutes until golden. Mix in ½ tbsp of cocoa powder and 1 tbsp of powdered sweetener, then set the crumb aside to cool.Step 2
To a bowl, add the heavy cream. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream until it reaches stiff peaks. Set aside.Step 3
Add the cream cheese, 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 4 tbsp sweetener, and vanilla extract to another bowl. Beat for 1-2 minutes using a hand mixer. Stop when the mixture is smooth and lump-free.Step 4
Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese bowl. Fold gently using a spatula to incorporate. Don’t whisk or mix vigorously so that you don’t knock out the air.Step 5
Secure a piping bag in a cup or mug. Fill it with the chocolate mousse and cut off its end. Set aside until assembly.Step 6
To assemble, take out 2 serving glasses. Add 2 teaspoons of chocolate crumb to the bottom of each glass—pipe 3 tbsp of mousse on top of the crumb.Step 7

Bitter, won’t make it again:( like eating a brick of chocolate cream cheese that is bitter rather than sweet.

Hi 😊 probably a silly question but how can you have 5g net carbs if there’s only 3G fibre and 31g total carbs??
Wanda a month ago
Sugar alcohol is 22.5
AmazingMacadamia896117 2 months ago
Minus the sweetener as well
Dyoung61 3 months ago
Because you deduct the fiber and sugar alcohol from the total carbs to get the net

This recipe is so beyond good. I cannot believe this is only 5 carbs. It tastes better than some chocolate mousse I've had at restaurants

Scrumptious, smooth and chocolatey. Added contrast of crumble is nice. Could crush a few nuts in topping.

She must be looking at the carbs as whole it does say total carbs 30.5 but you are counting net carbs on the keto diet. There are 5 per serving and this recipe makes 2 servings.

How? I eat about 20 carbs a day. This has 5.
GrandDuckyof5 a year ago
How!? It's 5.2g for 1 serving. Too much? Cut it to ½.
Shaay 2 years ago
It’s 5.2 g of net carbs. Not something I’d eat everyday, but on occasion I’d swap the 6 net carbs in a cup of steamed broccoli to eat chocolate!
