Keto Ultimate Fish Tacos With Lime Crema

Deliciously succulent and tender white fish is seasoned with spicy blackened seasoning and seared in a pan until dark. The result is a fantastic fish taco! The fish is layered into Keto tortillas and topped with shredded cabbage, thinly sliced poblanos, chopped cilantro, and lime crema. Feel free to add shredded Chihuahua cheese or crumbled cotija cheese on top, as well as low carb salsa or hot sauces. Pico de gallo would be a great addition to the tacos too.

What kind of fish can I use?

Any white fish will work well for these tacos like Swai, flounder, tilapia, or codfish.

Can I buy blackened seasoning?

Yes! Just be sure to find a seasoning that has no added sugars. The mix in the recipe below will make more seasoning than you will need, but you can save it in an airtight container for another occasion.

How long does the lime crema last? I have extra sauce.

The lime crema will last for over a week in the fridge store in an airtight container.

What kind of tortillas can I use?

If you are not too sensitive to carbs, you can use low carb tortillas sold in major grocery stores. However, the best option would be to make the ones on our site here: https://www.carbmanager.com/recipe/keto-tortillas.
