This is a delicious breakfast item or dessert! The recipe utilizes the Keto Artisan Sourdough loaf, which is diced and then soaked in a cinnamon custard then baked to perfection.

Yummy! I love bread pudding and this was so easy to make. I used part of my Sola keto bread and another keto bread. It’s a keeper!

Very good simple to do! Used whatever bread I had and added 1/2 c heavy cream just because I’d prefer more moisture. Next time, even more liquids.

If they are going to give us free recipes I wish they would include the entire thing like the keto artisan bread that is a different recipe. I wish I could try this in all its glory but cant because the entire recipe isnt included.

I happened to have made two loves of the keto artesian bread the day before I made this bread pudding recipe. It was easy and very tastey!

I made this with 1/3 cup of sugar replacement instead of 1/2 cup It was delicious. Would be good with whipped cream on top too

The Keto bread pudding was very good. I did not use the artesian sour doug. I made one batch with the Keto bread loaf. The bread loaf is eggy by itself; but in the bread pudding, it tasted just right. Both the bread and the sauce were very easy to make. My family also loved it. I’m going to add this as a another dessert for the holiday dinner.
