Keto Mini Retro Cheese Balls

If you have a Baby Boomer parent (or you may be one yourself), you’ve likely come across many old-fashioned cheese balls at holiday parties! Instead of a large appetizer, these retro cheese balls are miniature to enjoy as a snack. Eat them as is, like a fat bomb, or spread onto your favorite snack. For dipping, Carb Manager Bacon Chips taste best with these!

Hi there, You can omit the olive completely if you don't like them. Although there's no direct replacement for olives, you can try adding diced bell pepper. This will give a little crunch and texture. Hope this helps!
