Ingredients
Radish, Raw
5 ounce
Cream Cheese Spread
5 ounce
Butter
1-½ tablespoon
Garlic, Fresh
1 clove
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Chives
1 tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon
Recipe Steps

Step 1
Roughly dice the radishes and add to a food processor along with the garlic clove. Pulse well to combine.Step 2
Add the cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper and blend again until well combined and semi smooth.Step 3
Transfer to a serving bowl. Finely slice the chives and add to the bowl and stir through. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I decided to use what I had on hand, my garden radishes are hotter then grocery store types, my cilantro was still growing and I had limes. Added a few shakes of hot pepper powder and it tastes awesome. Not sure if the limes change the calories or carbs but this version goes really well on pork rinds.
