Keto Mushrooms Stuffed W/ Tapenade & Parmesan

5 ratings

Stuffed mushrooms make an excellent side dish or snack. These cremini mushrooms are stuffed with rich tapenade and then topped with a thin layer of freshly grated parmesan cheese. You can even enjoy these stuffed mushrooms as part of your meal prepping.

If you don’t like green olives you won’t like this. Very strong but very delicious.

Can I substitute the tamenade oil for something else?

Do you mean the tapenade? Many brands that make jarred tapenade also make roasted pepper spreads that are similar in consistency but won't have the olive taste. However, peppers have more carbs than olives, so you will have to adjust your nutrition log if you make this recipe.
