  • Step 1

    Slice cucumbers on a bias in ¼” thick slices. Combine the yogurt, dill (chopped dill if using fresh), chopped capers and a pinch of salt.

    Top each cucumber with a dollop of yogurt and a small piece of smoked salmon! Top with fresh dill, if desired.

    What can u replace the salmon with?

      Any other cured meat like salami or prosciutto would be delicious and just as quick!
