Tuna
1 can - each 5 ounce net weight
Mayo
½ tablespoon
Dijon Mustard
½ teaspoon
Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper, Ground
⅛ teaspoon
Celery Seed
⅛ teaspoon
Green Onions
1 tablespoon, chopped
Tomato Raw (includes Cherry, Grape, Roma)

Swiss Cheese, Natural
1-½ slice- each 3/4 ounce

In a bowl, mix together the tuna with mayo, dijon, salt, pepper, celery seed, and chopped green onion.Step 2
Slice roma tomatoes into approx. ½-inch slices (3 slices per serving) and arrange on a serving plate. Place a ¼-slice of swiss cheese on top of each tomato slice.Step 3
Place about 2 teaspoons of tuna salad atop each tomato topper. Use the measuring spoon to gently press the tuna salad into place.
