Cucumber
½ large - 8 1/4" long
Canned Salmon
2 ounce
Mayonnaise
½ tablespoon
Avocado
0.5 each
Dill Weed, Fresh
1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Slice the cucumber into 4 even segments. Taking a sharp knife score around the center of the cucumber and scoop out the seeds, being careful not to cut all the way through the cucumber.Step 2
Add the avocado, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, salmon, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mash together to combine, forming a chunky paste.Step 3
To serve, divide the salmon mixture evenly between the hollow cucumber cups.

Little to much cucumber in the one bite- Tuna was good all I used was tuna and Mayo though

It was good but I wasn’t too fond of the dill.
