  • Step 1

    Slice the cucumber into 4 even segments. Taking a sharp knife score around the center of the cucumber and scoop out the seeds, being careful not to cut all the way through the cucumber.

    Add the avocado, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, salmon, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mash together to combine, forming a chunky paste.

    Little to much cucumber in the one bite- Tuna was good all I used was tuna and Mayo though

      It was good but I wasn’t too fond of the dill.
