Keto Buttered Kale with Anchovies and Capers

10 ratings

This keto kale is just cooked until tender then tossed with creamy butter, spicy chili flakes and salty anchovies and capers.

This is a great side option for seafood or chicken.

I really liked this but I also doubt the serving size.

No way that 3 cups of raw kale when cooked will yield 4 servings.

So what is considered a serving size? The portions are way too small. It was tasty but I would back off of the pepper flakes unless you like it super hot.

Great. I didn't have capers so I added about 5 cloves of garlic (I love garlic). It was amazing. This is the easiest was to use up the plastic bags of prepared kale/greens. It took 10 minutes and tasted great

This was delicious. Although the servings were small. Next time I’ll add a fewer chili flakes. But it was enjoyable as written.
