Keto Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Shrimp

60 ratings

This dish is so easy to make and very versatile. You could serve the shrimp with zucchini noodles or with mashed cauliflower like is pictured here. If anything, all you have to do is toss the shrimp in some butter and seasonings and your 12 minutes from dinnertime! Not to mention hardly any clean-up!

So easy and delicious! My husband was practically licking the plate. 10 minutes was perfect cook time. Paired it with some air fried broccoli and yellow squash. Wonderful!

Loved this. Although 1/2lb shrimp was a lot for me for one sittingñ I have a particular distaste for parsley so I substituted that with cilantro, figured lime would pair better and wowee it was delicious!

Really enjoyed this recipe. Easy and quick. Served with cauliflower rice and poured the extra juices on the rice per my daughters request. Yummy!

This is really nice. Husband enjoyed as well. I served it with Slendier Fettucine made from a vegetable called Konjac. I've discovered a great new replacement for fettucine.

The shrimp ingredient on this recipe is making the macros calculate incorrectly. Raw shrimp doesn't have any carbs, but the shrimp included in the recipe ingredient list shows 4 net carbs. Please correct the recipe so it calculates correctly (should only be about 2.5 net carbs/serving).

Where is this dish getting 4 carbs from?

Yeah the garlic is 1 carb per clove you eat.

Should this recipe be 16 oz cooked shrimp or frozen? 16 oz frozen cooks down to almost nothing.

Is 4.4g of carbs really correct for one servings? What is the source of carbs?

Carbs seem to be from the lemon but that is not fully ingested.

Looked it up the carbs come from the cauliflower as far as I can tell🤔
