Ingredients
- Radish, Raw - 4 medium - 3/4" to 1" diameter 
- Arugula - 2 cup 
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon 
- Walnuts - ¼ cup 
- Feta Cheese - ¼ cup 
- Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto - ½ tablespoon 
- Balsamic Vinegar - ½ tablespoon 
- Salt, Sea Salt - ¼ teaspoon 
- Black Pepper - ⅛ teaspoon 
- Reduced Sugar Craisin Dried Cranberries by Ocean Spray - 1 tablespoon

- Step 1 Thinly slice the radishes and add to a serving bowl with the arugula and cranberries. Season to taste and toss to combine.
- Step 2 Add the walnuts to a dry skillet and drizzle over the syrup. Toast gently over a low/medium heat for 3-4 minutes, coating the walnuts in the syrup.
- Step 3 Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
- Step 4 Scatter over the caramelized walnuts.
- Step 5 Whisk together the oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad to serve.
