Keto Peanut Butter Glazed Chocolate Donuts
Keto Peanut Butter Glazed Chocolate Donuts are the perfect complement to a hot cup of coffee and helps to satisfy a sweet tooth (without the sugar crash)! The donuts are made with almond flour and healthy fats like olive oil. The donuts are wonderfully dairy-free too! Easy to whip up, these donuts bake in 12 minutes. Once cooled and removed from the pan, the donuts are dunked into a delicious peanut butter glaze.
Does this recipe require a special pan?
Yes, this Keto dessert recipe requires a donut baking pan. However, they are inexpensive and come in handy for other Keto and Low Carb donut recipes.
How is the peanut butter glaze made?
The peanut butter is mixed with the powdered sweetener first, and then almond milk is added to the peanut butter mixture one tablespoon at a time until all lumps are removed.
How do I remove donuts from the pan?
Allow the donuts to cool for several minutes before removing them from the pan. The donuts should still be warm. Use a butter knife and run the knife around the edges of each donut. Gently lift around the edges of the donut until the donut comes out. Also, be sure to use plenty of nonstick cooking spray before filling the donut pan.

Lovely. I didn’t use peanut butter but I put a dark chocolate coating on the top

Would definitely use powdered erythritol for the glaze and next time I would try a 1/4 cup as it was really sweet. Donut themselves were good
