Keto Fat-Fueled Coffee Without MCT Oil

This Keto BULLETPROOF® coffee recipe without BULLETPROOF® Brain Octane Oil (MCT Oil), is infused with almond flavor and a hearty dose of healthy fats. This makes a great dairy-free BULLETPROOF® coffee that is simple to prepare. It is a perfect option for breakfast or to keep you satiated between meals.

What ingredients do you need to make this Keto MCT-free coffee?

This Keto BULLETPROOF® coffee is prepared with strong black coffee, a little sweetener, almond milk, and a dash of almond extract. Once you have prepared your milky coffee, coconut oil is added to provide your helping of fats. The coffee needs to be blended with the fats to ensure they are well combined. We have used a handheld stick blender for this. You may use a milk frother or blender if preferred to achieve the desired consistency.

When is the best time to enjoy this Keto beverage?

Our Keto BULLETPROOF® coffee without BULLETPROOF® Brain Octane Oil (MCT Oil) oil is an ideal option for increasing your daily fats. We recommend serving hot for, or alongside, your favorite Keto breakfast. Alternatively, as the coffee is sweet with almond and coconut, this also makes a great post-dinner dessert coffee.

What kind of coffee can you use for this Keto recipe?

You can use freshly brewed coffee, espresso, or instant coffee mixed with boiling water. Just make sure that the coffee is strong because it will dilute when mixed with the other ingredients.

Great flavor, smooth, not too “oily”!

Would be a nice added feature if when I look at a recipe there is a way to click add ingredients to shopping list.
