These brownies are so fudgy and delicious! What makes them even more decadent is the cheesecake swirl that tops them all!

Recipe Steps

45 min

  • Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter, 1 cup of Swerve, cocoa powder, salt, eggs, and vanilla extract until incorporated. Add the almond flour and mix it in.
    Step 1
  • Step 2

In a separate mixing bowl, heat the cream cheese for 30 seconds until softened. Add 1 egg, ½ cup of Swerve, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until combined.
    Step 2
  • Step 3

Line an 8” x 8” baking dish with parchment paper that hangs over the sides some. Spray the parchment with cooking spray. Pour the brownie batter into the baking dish.
    Step 3
  • Step 4

Spoon the cream cheese mixture all over the top of the brownie batter, then using a butter knife swirl the cream cheese into the brownie batter well.
    Step 4
  • Step 5

You should have two distinct layers, which is a brownie layer and a cream cheese layer with some brownie swirls.
    Step 5
  • Step 6

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is cooked through and the edges are lightly browned. Cool at room temperature until cool to the touch. Then refrigerate the brownies until chilled before cutting. To make cutting easier, run a knife under hot water before making each cut. This keeps the knife clean and warm, which helps cut through the brownies. Keep stored in the fridge until ready to eat!

Recipe needs to be corrected as there are not 4 eggs in the cream cheese mixture. This will also affect macros so it's better to redo this as a custom recipe. I imagine that's why some people's stuff didn't turn out.

Absolutely delicious! I only used 2/3 cup cocoa powder, added chopped walnuts to the brownie batter and added sugar free eggnog flavoured syrup to the cheesecake mixture. Now I can eat a decadent dessert during the holidays while still following Keto!

Tastes very good. I stepped away from oven for a couple of minutes and kinda burned the top....good idea to watch over after 20 mins!

These turned out delicious! I did use 1/2 C cocoa as one review suggested and they were great! I had no problem cutting them while they were still warm and the cream cheese topping was plenty. I wish I could share a picture of how well they look. I will definitely be using this recipe again!

Great recipe if you make some adjustments, like cut the cocoa by half and double the cheese mixture and it is an amazing dessert, absolutsly decadent!

Absolutely delicious. I am a brownie lover, but add cream cheese and 🤯! These had an excellent texture, moist, but not oily like many keto brownies I have tried. This is definitely a keeper for me.

Overall decent taste with good texture. There is too much cocoa powder making the brownie a little bitter. Also, the ratio of cheese mixture to brownie is about half of what pic shows. I will make this again, and next time use only 2/3 cup cocoa and double the cream cheese mixture.

Terrible aftertaste. So disappointed in the result. I possibly overcooked this (cooked 35 min), the top was golden which made the cheesecake not as great as I could have been. The brownie level was not good at all. I could taste the swerve and it was not enjoyable. I will not make this again.

I don’t know what I did wrong, however, the bottom layer was so solid. I could not even mix the two layers. Waiting ‘till it baked 🙏🏽

The batter tastes great!! Have had to add 20 extra minutes on the cooking time thus far.... they look good, and the batter tasted great! Guess we will see how they taste cooked.

Cooked for an hour. Didn’t swirl much because the brownie part is pretty thick batter but the taste is so good. Ran out of swerve confectioners and used granular instead, perhaps why batter was thicker but everything was moist and super yum.

I'm using all confectioners and my batter is still thick. It's in the oven now so we'll see

Perfect for my cake craving. Mine looks more like 3/4 chocolate and 1/4 cheesecake but it’s good. Do only the chocolate mix and you get a perfect brownie! I also cook it 15 min more and the 4 squares in the middle are undercook but good anyway.

I put it in for the 30 minutes and it wasn’t cooked through. I added another 5, still not done. Another five, cheesecake still liquid. I ended up cooking another almost 20 minutes before the cheesecake part was cooked as described. I tried some and it’s not horrible, but I couldn’t finish a square. The brownie portion left a bad taste in my mouth.
