Low Carb Bacon Wrapped Pickles
This is quite possibly one of the most satisfying snacks to eat, and it’s so simple to make! Bacon wrapped pickles satisfy your need for a crunchy texture with a salt and vinegar taste. When you bake the pickles, the vinegar mixed with the smell of pork makes your kitchen smell like someone is barbecuing ribs!

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange six equally-sized gherkin pickles and use a paper towel to absorb excess liquid.Step 2
Wrap each pickle with a 6-inch piece of bacon. Place the wrapped pickles on the sheet tray, keeping the edges of the bacon tucked under.Step 3
Bake the bacon wrapped pickles for 25-30 minutes, rotating them once or twice during the baking time. The edges of the bacon should be crisp while the pickles remain juicy and crunchy. Enjoy!

I’m trying these for breakfast — only I’ll be using Vlasic Baby Dills. Can’t wait! I’ll report back on results 😊

Or maybe they used sugar free gherkins!

It’s bc this recipe uses sweet pickles for some reason. If it’s dill pickles (no sugar) I’m sure the carb count would be way lower.
