    Preheat an oven to 375 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange six equally-sized gherkin pickles and use a paper towel to absorb excess liquid.

    Wrap each pickle with a 6-inch piece of bacon. Place the wrapped pickles on the sheet tray, keeping the edges of the bacon tucked under.

    Bake the bacon wrapped pickles for 25-30 minutes, rotating them once or twice during the baking time. The edges of the bacon should be crisp while the pickles remain juicy and crunchy. Enjoy!

            It’s bc this recipe uses sweet pickles for some reason. If it’s dill pickles (no sugar) I’m sure the carb count would be way lower.
