Low Carb California Breakfast Salad With Vinaigrette

Salad for breakfast? It’s actually not that uncommon. Especially in the United States, “breakfast foods”, like pancakes, cereal, and other sugary things, are typically eaten only in North America. Savory breakfast items are fairly popular elsewhere, and this California-inspired salad is a healthy way to get your morning going. A light vinaigrette has a slight sweetness and tartness, thanks to apple cider vinegar. If this recipe doesn’t scream ‘breakfast’ to you, you can easily add chopped bacon or a hard boiled egg to your plate!

To make the vinaigrette, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Give the dressing a stir before pouring it over your salad, so the oil and vinegar emulsify.

The olive oil to vinegar ratio is way off... the dressing just makes the salad taste like oil... needs way more vinegar and seasoning.

On the app it lists the carbs too high. Fortunately I printed it out to ask someone where all the carbs were coming from. The printed format shows more then half the carbs less than the app
