Step 1
Preheat an oven to 375 F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Whisk the eggs, coconut oil, coconut milk, and kosher salt together. Make sure you use solid coconut oil not melted.Step 2
Add in the baking powder, almond flour, and Swerve.Step 3
Fold in the cheese and bacon. Mix until combined. The texture should be thick enough to scoop, drop on a sheet tray and hold its shape.Step 4
Using a 1 oz cookie scoop, scoop out 12 heaping scoops at least 1 ½” part. This should yield 15 biscuits. Make sure they are round on top because they will not rise in the oven.Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes until the tops are starting to turn brown on the edges and the biscuits are set. Allow to cool on the sheet tray until cool enough to handle.

Didn’t form well but the overall taste and density were amazing. I will certainly bake again.

I do not have solid coconut oil. 😕 How can I use liquid for this recipe?
FantasticAvocado178714 2 years ago
Put your liquid coconut oil in the fridge. It will turn solid

Oh these were so good. Made 15 of just over 1 oz. I could’ve devoured the whole thing.

Macro check: this recipe actually makes 30 one oz scoops, double what it says it will. so is one serving actually 2 one oz scoops?

That's only if you put it on kilograms by mistake. That's over 2 pounds.
