Can you use a hand mixer instead of a food processor? It's looks awesome and I love fudge.

I'd like to make these using candy molds. Does this come put too soft to remove from molds?

Can you use almond flavoring instead of vanilla- I’m out of vanilla at the moment.

i added a pinch of granulated stevia and sprinkled some mini 80% cacao chips on top. i also used salted butter and added a tiny bit more salt. i whipped it for 4 minutes in the kitchen aid mixer instead of food processing. delish!

Very soft, even after time in the fridge it remains soft, is this normal?

Didn’t see an answer to type of peanut butter. Assume all natural?

i used richard's. it's one ingredient (peanuts). you have to stir a lot but it's very soft and eliminates the need to heat up. i also whipped it instead of put in the food processor.

I was out of peanut butter so used almond butter and it was amazing! I also used Choc Zero's Vanilla Maple Syrup instead of Lankato.

Margarine is a poly unsaturated fat and is not good for you. I wouldn’t use it on anything and I don’t think it would work in these. Also table syrup would be full of sugar so wouldn’t help you. Get some butter and toss the margarine
