Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Fluff

34 ratings

This Keto chocolate cheesecake fluff is a simple yet delicious take on the popular Keto vanilla cheesecake fluff recipe. It is super easy to make and requires a handful of ingredients which are most probably already in your pantry. It is so versatile in use; it can be used as a dessert dip with berries like strawberries and raspberries or enjoyed just as it is.

How to store this Keto chocolate cheesecake fluff?

To store, transfer the fluff into an airtight container and place it in the fridge. It can last for up to 4 days when stored properly. Before consuming, give the fluff a quick stir to ensure it's evenly mixed. If the fluff has been stored for longer than a day, it may have separated a little, but that's normal. To bring it back to its original texture, use a whisk or an electric mixer to beat it for a few seconds. You can also add some fresh berries or nuts for added texture and flavor.

Can you customize this recipe?

Yes. Customizing the flavor of a Keto cheesecake fluff is easy and fun, and you can experiment with different ingredients to create your unique flavor combinations. To start, you can add some sugar-free chocolate chips for a richer chocolate taste. Instead of cocoa powder, add some lemon or lime juice and zest for a tangy and refreshing flavor. If you prefer a fruity taste, add some pureed berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries. To add some nutty flavor, sprinkle some chopped nuts, such as almonds, pecans, or hazelnuts, on top. You can also experiment with different extracts, such as vanilla, almond, or peppermint, to create your custom flavor. Remember to adjust the amount of sweetener according to your taste preference.

What to serve with this Keto cheesecake fluff?

Keto cheesecake fluff is a versatile and delicious dessert that can be served in a variety of ways. Spoon it into individual serving dishes, such as small jars or ramekins, and top it with some fresh berries or whipped cream for added texture and flavor. Alternatively, use it as a topping for Low-Carb pancakes or waffles or as a dip for sliced fruits. For a more indulgent treat, layer the cheesecake fluff with some sugar-free chocolate chips or crushed nuts to create a Low-Carb parfait.

This recipe hit the spot!!! I did everything as noted except I used monk fruit instead of stevia. The monk fruit is a great sugar substitute.

Has the stevia listed twice, why?

Stevia is used to sweeten both the whipped cream and the cream cheese components.

I am not a fan -at all!!- of stevia. Sub out the sugar for Monkfruit Sweetener by Lakanto- so much better

That should be okay. Make sure to check the nutrition label on your pudding mix box.

Made it with a bit of coffee added. Very good. Making and almond flour crust first and serving it semi-frozen is good also.

Yes, the substitution is 1 TB swerve per 1/2 TB stevia.

Hi there, this is not a recipe for a baked cheesecake. Do not put this recipe in the oven or try to slice it. It is not a cheesecake batter.

If you want a "crust" maybe grind up some hemp hearts and set with butter then If you want to slice it I would place it In A pie tin and semi freeze it.

From the description above at the first of the recipe... "Use it as a dessert dip for fruit or enjoy a spoonful when you need to curb a sweet tooth!" I don't think it is intended to be cut into slices but eaten with a spoon.

I think because it is called Fluff it is suppose to be more like a mousse than an actual cheesecake. Going to make it now and see how it comes out.
