Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a heat-proof mixing bowl. Place the bowl over a small pot of simmering water to act as a double boiler. Stir the mixture occasionally until completely melted.Step 2
Prepare nine silicone cupcake molds by placing them into a cupcake pan. Alternatively, you can use paper cupcake liners (the silicone molds remove much easier, however). Equally, divide the mixture between the cups. Tap the cupcake pan to level out each of the fudges. Freeze until firm.
