All this dressing goes in the salad seems like way to much dressing for me I doubled the arugula and cabbage and it was still plenty of sauce

I love blue cheese, bacon and pecans so this definitely made me happy! Plus I struggle with my fat abd this helped a lot! Will probably be eating this for lunch often.

Definitely decent! I used goat cheese instead and I had a lemon garlic dressing leftover from something else.

I don’t love blue cheese, so I substitute a mild cow’s milk feta cheese. Turns out great.

I’m new to keto and have been finding that most of the recipes are bland. This recipe is the exception- wow! What a delicious flavour punch. If I could rate this 100 stars I would. So, refreshingly good. I’ve been having it all week!

I agree on the bland! If you like beef stroganoff the one they have is quite tasty IMO. :)

Just had this for lunch! I was a bit afraid of hating it because of the blue cheese (not a big fan) but I most definitely say all the flavours goes absolutely amazing together! Including the blue cheese! I would probably love a bigger size LOL but I take it :D

The serving info in this recipe is confusing. The salad is delicious but I can’t decide how much to eat of the salad.

I found it to be that way as well. I doubled the recipe to eat it all week. It would be nice if it was clearer as to how much of the dressing is 1 serving though. I’m pretty sure I’ll have leftover dressing at the end of the week because I’m trying to not go over.

It is. I'm going to make the whole dressing recipe and only try to use 1/3 of it. Then going to split the other ingredients into 1/3.

Very tasty just made a few changes less of everything and would recommend a blue cheese that is not too strong.

I used Gorgonzola instead of blue cheese. Same family of cheese just milder.

Really tasty! I subbed baby kale for the arugula and cabbage, cut the blue cheese in half and didn't use any crumbles (the dressing is more than enough for me - and I love blue cheese). Also, I didn't have sour cream at the time so I used plain greek yogurt instead. The recipe says 3 servings, but it seems like just 1 serving to me and I'm a small dude.

Really tasty! I subbed the blue cheese for cheddar because 1, I really dislike blue cheese and 2, blue cheese is often made from mold spores of wheat bread and I'm allergic to wheat. Even in the dressing, the cheddar cheese was tasty! It was milder and had less "bite" than blue cheese dressing would. I'm not a huge salad person, but bacon makes everything better.

Delicious! the sauce complimented the peppery taste of the arugula. Loved the cabbage crunch. Almost reminds me of a wedge salad. Definitely will be a favorite
