Baby Spinach

Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup
Broccoli Florets
1 cups
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic
1 clove
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Cheddar Cheese
½ cup, grated
Mayonnaise
½ cup
Mozzarella Cheese
⅓ cup, grated
Sour Cream
¼ cup
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon
Nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Dice the broccoli florets into small bite sized chunks. Add to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 2 minutes until just tender.Step 3
Add the spinach and stir until just wilted. Drain away any excess liquid and set aside.Step 4
Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, lemon zest, nutmeg, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl. Stir well to combine.Step 5
Add in the broccoli and spinach and stir to combine.Step 6
Spoon the mixture into a small oven proof dish so that it is level and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and oozy.

This is absolutely delicious! We dipped it with celery and cucumbers…and then realized it’s just as good with a fork! Added a bit of cayenne. So yummy!
