I added lettuce and sour cream to make it feel like more of a balanced dish. Super delish. I still came in 65 cals and 2 net carbs under with adding those!

Super simple meal prep and tasty. I had to sub the turkey for pork since I'm allergic but still delicious!

This was really good I made a few and out them in the freezer! Just left out avocado as I feel it's something that needs to be put in fresh! I also chopped my cilantro and cooked it in with my cauliflower rice! Added a little more flavor to the rice!

Great idea but wouldn’t cut the avocado ahead of time. Would be brown by day two. 🤷‍♀️

That’s what happened when I made these. So the next time I made use of the avocado I cut that day in other things. And for day I planned on eating one of the others, I just cut a new avocado. Also, I made sure to buy petite ones too.

Easy and delish! Omitted the cayenne for the kiddos and still came out so good!

Yes! Most ground turkey you find in stores will have 10% or less fat.

Browning the cauliflower rice is THE trick. Completely changed what I thought about the stuff. The spices I adjusted to suit my child but what a yummy easy mix to put together...we had it for dinner!
