I think these are really tasty (the fresh basil is key), but they either need to be cooked on 350 or for less times as they were over cooked and dry when following instructions. I may use a liner in the pan, too, they stuck a lot. Hubby and 1 year and thought it was pretty good too so Will definitely make again

Even if you use liners, spray them. They will still stick otherwise.

Fast and delicious but I substituted Parmesan for the mozzarella because I did not have shredded mozzarella.

I’m new to Keto and new to this app. I wonder which measurement to use when I need to enter when I eat one egg cup. When I was filling each cup I ended up using about 3/4 Cup of the egg mixture. What is the best unit of measure to enter? Thank you! 🙂

I realize this was asked 18 weeks ago but I only just saw it and I made this this morning. The portion stated of one egg cup gives you everything in that one egg cup. It is designed to make six egg cups and with one as a serving. Everything is already figured out for you.

I don't own a muffin tin, so I made this into an omelette! It was soooo good!

I love these !!! You can warm for 30 seconds and go... you can?add most any ingredients to the egg mixture! I’ve used these in the recipe; I’ve also done sausage and cheddar, some finely diced bell pepper or onion. I also line each “cup” with a slice of deli ham! It helps keep the egg contained! My husband loves them too!!

I love the idea of using ham as a liner! I’m going to give that a try!
