What Kind of Beans Should I Use?

We have used frozen green beans for convenience in our low carb side. This makes a great quick and easy option for using up frozen vegetables that you may already have to hand in the freezer. If preferred, you could use fresh green beans, adjusting cooking times, and macros as needed.

Serving Suggestions

These Keto green beans make a great spicy side dish, perfect to accompany your preferred low carb Asian inspired mains. The beans would be delicious with some sticky glazed pork ribs or spicy marinated chicken thighs. These also make a great side for vegan or vegetarian dishes, perfect with some stir fried tofu.
