OMG, this is soooo good! It has a similar taste to Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits but not as fluffy but still good! For the Fathead dough, I substituted the oregano for garlic spice so it tastes more like a cheesy garlic bread. Also, I omitted the egg and the black pepper as I didn’t think they were needed. Again, soooo good! I will be making these often!

I am 4 days in with this new Keto lifestyle. So I am still in the early stages of finding my way per say as it is regards to meals. This is the first snack I made today, absolutely love it. Making the Fathead Dough was soo easy. I improvised a little and stuffed some of it with Pepper Jack Cheese, others with spinach mixed with cracker barrel cheese and others with plain cheese. Very yummy.
