Keto Caffe Con Panna

Caffe con panna is one of our favorite drinks because it is so indulgent with a nice dollop of slightly whipped cream on top. Simply brew your favorite coffee a little on the stronger side and top it with whipped cream.

What is caffe con panna?

Translating to 'coffee with cream' in Italian, this beverage consists of brewed coffee topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream. It is also known as "espresso con panna", this beverage is the perfect combination of bitter strong coffee and sweet cream.

What kind of coffee can you use for this Keto recipe?

Traditionally, this beverage is prepared using espresso, but you can use freshly brewed coffee or instant coffee mixed with boiling water. Just make sure that the coffee is strong because it will dilute when paired with the whipped cream.

Can you add fats to this Keto coffee?

Absolutely! Adding fats like butter, ghee, or coconut oil will keep you satiated and in Ketosis.

Can I use Swerve granules instead of stevia drops?

I added cinnamon and pumpkin spice seasoning to the cream mixture and it tastes like a pumpkin latte! DELICIOUS!!

But I would measure that out to be sure. Also, I did fairly "quick" drops for this, but more certainly wouldn't hurt if you like things sweeter!

          That would be a teaspoon!
