Ingredients
Radish, Raw

Green Beans (string Beans), Raw
3-½ ounce
Tomato Raw (includes Cherry, Grape, Roma)
2 small - 2 2/5" diameter
Romaine Lettuce
2 cup
Chives, Raw
2 teaspoon, cut pieces
Olive Oil
1-½ tablespoon
Avocado
½ each
Lemon Juice
½ tablespoon
Cucumber
¼ medium
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the green beans to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until just tender. Drain and refresh under cold water.Step 2
Whilst the beans are cooking, quarter the tomatoes and radishes, dice the cucumber and avocado and roughly chop the lettuce. Add to a large salad bowl and toss to combine.Step 3
Dice the green beans into thirds and add to the salad. Season with a little salt and pepper and toss to combine.Step 4
Finely chop the chives and add to a mixing bowl with the lemon juice, olive oil and a touch more salt and pepper. Stir well.Step 5
Drizzle the salad with the lemony chive oil to serve.

Very nice salad goes very well with prawns

This is very good, sometimes I add deli ham or chicken pieces to the salad too.
