Keto Vodka Spritzer
If you enjoy vodka with cranberry juice, give this Keto cocktail a try. It puts a little twist on the overdone two-ingredient cocktail. There are many Keto alcohol drink recipes you can make without adding too many carbs to your diet. Ditch the sugary cranberry juice and opt for this way healthier version of a vodka spritzer. It’s made with real cranberries, strawberries, and a touch of citrus juice. Choose your favorite unflavored vodka so your drink goes down smooth. If you like, you can also garnish the drinks with a fresh slice of lemon or lime wedge.
You’ll also need
In addition to the ingredients listed below, you’ll need to have flavored or plain carbonated zero-calorie water to top your drink off. Since this doesn’t add any calories to your drink and the amount you use may vary, it is not listed in the ingredients. Have this ingredient on hand to make your cocktail though.
How is this drink different from a cape cod?
A cape cod drink is the classic combination of vodka and cranberry juice. A spritzer (with any liquor) usually adds on another fruit flavor or more, as well as citrus flavors. That’s why you’ll be adding strawberries to your cranberry juice as well as adding a hint of lemon. You can also add lime juice if you like.

Step 1
Start with cranberries and strawberries that are frozen. Add them to a pot and fill the pot with water (not what is listed in the ingredients) until the berries are just covered. Cook the berries over medium heat until they simmer and burst in the pot. Keep cooking them until they’re soft enough to mash with a fork.Step 2
Remove the pot from the heat, and use an immersion blender to blend the ingredients into a red syrup. Strain the syrup into a cocktail shaker and discard the pulp and seeds. Add lemon juice, liquid stevia, more water, and your vodka to the shaker.Step 3
Seal and shake your shaker vigorously until you feel the cocktail turn cold. Fill clean glasses with new ice, and strain, and divide the cocktail amongst the glasses. Fill the remainder of each glass with carbonated water that’s either plain or flavored with lemon or lime (not listed in ingredients).
