Can you use oven or air fryer instead?

I would use the air fryer. Preheat it first and then cook for maybe 3 minutes on 400. Check at 2 minutes maybe? Just my two cents… keep us posted.

This is tasty but DO NOT put the replacement sugar in it! Swerve is actually 8g carbs per tablespoon!

A carb is a carb. My doc & dietician count TOTAL not net carbs. The body uses the carb regardless our label.

I roughed it up in the cup and drizzled heavy cream. Like pre-melted ice cream. Yum!

Great recipe! Did 1.5 tbsp of sugar b/c others recommended reducing. If you like things on the sweeter side, I'd keep the 2. Even 1.5 wasn't very sweet, and I'm not a sugar fanatic at all. I replaced the water with coffee and used canola oil for the flavor neutrality. This is my new go to when I need something sweet!

Delish! I used olive oil and stevia and it turned out perfectly, especially with a tablespoon of low carb ice cream on top.

Really cures that sweet tooth. I followed the advice of someone below and used 1 TBS of monkfruit and olive oil and MAN, it’s so good!

It tastes really eggy to me. I used a whole egg because I didn’t want to waste it. Next time I’ll try just the yolk and see if that makes a difference.

So, I used monk fruit sweetener 1 TBS and olive oil for my recipe. It cut it to 3 net carbs and it was delicious, quick and convenient. I love not having any extra hanging around for temptation. It was just enough.

So delicious and easy. I thought it was a bit sweet so will try less sweetener next time. Also added a bit of salt to offset the sweetness. Really yummy with a dollop of cream.
